- Reviewing and approving previews before production
- Understanding that personalized items may have limited return options
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless using Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- UPI payments
- Net banking
- Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
- Cash on Delivery (for orders above ₹500)
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, if the order is in production, cancellation may not be possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Gaaveh or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaaveh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
- Any errors or omissions in content or loss of data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services in question.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gaaveh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Severability
