At Gaaveh, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility

- Non-personalized items in original, unused condition
- Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong items received (different from what was ordered)
- Damaged items received due to shipping
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery

- Personalized or customized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance (unless defective)
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return
Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select the order you want to return, and click "Return Order." Alternatively, contact our support team at care@gaaveh.com or call +91 44 4567 8901.
Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. You'll receive instructions via email.
Pack and Ship
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the RA number in the package. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Timeframe
Standard Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving return authorization.
Defective Items
For defective or incorrect items, you have 30 days from delivery to report the issue. We'll arrange a free return pickup for such cases.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Inspection of returned item: 2-3 business days after receipt
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to original payment method: 2-5 business days (varies by payment method)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the same card
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (account details required)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Once the return is processed and refunded, place a new order for the desired item
- Contact our support team if you need assistance with sizing or product selection
Note: For defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping Charges
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items received
- Items with quality issues
Customer Pays Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind or size issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes
โข All returned items must be in original condition with tags and packaging
โข We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our return policy criteria
โข Refunds may take 10-14 business days to reflect in your account
โข For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer only
โข Personalized items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part
โข Sale items and promotional products may have different return terms (as specified at purchase)
